All deliverables remain the property of XSV Outdoor Media until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership of deliverables (excluding proprietary tools and methodologies) transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XSV Outdoor Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XSV Outdoor Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
